░ Makeup Haul: Shawill, Beauty Treats & Prestige ░

A short post featuring the things I bought recently.

1. Prestige Color Treat Anti-Aging Lipstick in Pink Diamond
I bought this at the Beauty Bar branch in SM Mall of Asia for 375.00PhP. Priced the same as the CoverGirl Continuous Color Lipstick I already have. According to the Prestige Cosmetics website, this lipstick help prevent premature lines and wrinkles in the lip area. Pink Diamond is really a soft shimmery pink color perfect for everyday use.

2. Shawill Eyeshadow Shade #5 (Sparkling Snow White shade)
Bought from Watsons, Mall of Asia for 128.00PhP. I mainly bought this since I wanted to try it and the shade was perfect for highlighting. It isn't named Sparkling Snow White--I just made that up. If you get to see it in personal, you'd call it that, too! The best thing about this E/S is that it comes with a sponge tip applicator which is in NO WAY similar to those flimsy ones you usually get! This E/S's sponge tip applicator is not only very "sturdy", it only comes in two colors! One side's black, the other's white. And I repeat, not in anyway similar to those applicators whose sponge tip comes off easily.

3. Beauty Treats Lipstick in Candy Plum 02
Ahh... plum-colored lipstick. I've been meaning to try them since they came in style. I bought this from Watson's for 141.75PhP. I wore this lipcolor today and I must say it impressed me. The color stayed on for as long as 5 hours. No retouching needed! The color is really vibrant. Very villainous, if you ask me.

4. Beauty Treats Lipstick in Baby Pink 12
Another shade I bought along with Candy Plum. This one looks mighty similar with the Prestige Pink Diamond. I have yet to try this. Price is the same, 141.75Php.

And because of buying the Shawill E/S, I received a free Shawill Lipbalm 01 with Vitamin E and Water Microspheres.

5. Watson's Large Paddle Brush
I bought this paddle brush just because I think it would be nice to own one! Also, I had an idea in my head on sticking rhinestones at the back of the paddle brush to make it look really pretty. If you know Blair or Jarmaine in Youtube, you'd see them use paddle brushes with rhinestones at the back. In my case I just want to customize. I bought this from Watsons, and it cost me P149.50Php.

Happy Holidays!

  3. Hi Say! I got confused. I believe those lipsticks are from Beauty Treats, rather than Shawill? (Thus the Beauty Treats logo) Perhaps the BT products are displayed in the Shawill counter in the Watson's that you visited.. I honestly don't know. Haha! Anyway, what do you think of the smell of the lipsticks? :)

  4. @MissCoryPotts: Hello Sab! Thank you so much for pointing that out. You're right! They ARE from BT! Guess I got that messed up. :)Hmm, I noticed the smell of the lipsticks. It doesn't bother me that much, though. What about you?
@Nadine: Hi Nadine! I agree with you!
@Pixie D: Hi Pixie! This is my first Prestige lippy ever! I agree with you, a bit pricey but it's worth it though. :)

  5. It kind of has a sweet smell, right? I don't like the feeling of putting it on because the smell's too much for me. But fortunately the smell fades after a while. Haha! I'm so intrigued with the Baby Pink one. Might buy it as well, but lemme know what you think once you've tried it. :)

  6. Yes, Sab! A sweet smell. The Baby Pink one basically is a shimmery pink shade. Nothing too extraordinary. I'd suggest you buy from Revlon or Covergirl... and not to forget, Maybelline!
